Secure My Booking

You're in safe hands! The Macomb Center has partnered with Secure My Booking to offer refund protection if you can't attend the show. This option must be purchased with your initial ticket purchase and cannot be added later.

What's covered?

  • Accident/illness to the ticket holder including COVID.
  • Travel delays
  • Adverse weather (severe weather warnings).
  • Burglary, flood or fire at your home.
  • Death of ticket holder or immediate family member.

What's not covered?

  • Refunds for events canceled by the theatre.
  • Refund of the protection itself.
  • Non-appearance of any cast member in a show.

How to purchase coverage?

Once you have selected your seats, you will be prompted with the option to add ticket protection "Consider Ticket Protection." Secure My Booking must be purchased separately for each event and purchased at the time of your order. 

  • The cost for Secure My Booking is $3.50 per ticket by event.

Need to apply for a refund? Refund applications should be submitted online within sixty (60) days of the incident. You may be asked to provide reasonable evidence when making a refund application. Head to securemybooking.com to apply for a refund.
